This has an AC charger 4.8 volt and plugs in the Drill handle, the two cylinder batteries are in the handle with Pos. & Neg. Sta-Kon connection also,
the number on the batteries are N30AE022A 0012 (Ni-Cd battery). An answer would be appreciated

The original is two brown paper cylinders taped together with metal plates fixed on top and bottom across the cylindar ends. On one of the plates are two spade-type leads where the wire terminals inside the drill attach. Thanks.

I’m trying to find where the NiCad batteries for my makita cordless drill are available. It is an earlier modell # 188676c 4.8 Volt Keyless Chuck 3/8ths drill. I can’t read the part numbers on the batteries as the factory tape has covered them up. Can you help me with this??. I have found one source for Makita 4.8 batteries on ebay but they don’t list my drill modell and I can’t obttain the correct information as to thier being compatible to use. The batteries in mydrill have a positive and a negative hard wire lead that are screwed to a terminal board in the handle of the drill. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
